📦 Ordering & Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery takes 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free standard UK delivery on orders over £50.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the UK only. Sign up to our newsletter to be first to know when we launch international shipping.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — email us at hello@blossomvelora.co.uk immediately with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and never stored by us. The entire site uses SSL encryption.
Do you offer discount codes?
Sign up to our newsletter for 10% off your first order (code WELCOME10). We also share exclusive discounts on Instagram (@blossomvelora).

What's your returns policy?
30 days from the day your order arrives, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Do you cover return postage?
Return postage is at your cost, unless the item was faulty or wrong — in which case we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return. The money lands back in your account 3–5 working days after that.
🛒 Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes — every single product is hand-selected and tested by us before going live on the site.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Sign up to product notifications on the product page to be alerted when items come back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We're working on it! For now, all orders come in beautifully considered packaging that's ready to gift.
