📦 Ordering & Delivery
How long does UK delivery take?
UK delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, though times can vary depending on your location and the item ordered. Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — standard UK delivery is £3.99, and free on all orders over £50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination — simply enter your address at checkout to see the exact estimated delivery window and cost for your order before you pay.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — email us at hello@blossomvelora.co.uk immediately with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and never stored by us. The entire site uses SSL encryption.
Do you offer discount codes?

What's your returns policy?
30 days from the day your order arrives, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Do you cover return postage?
Return postage is at your cost, unless the item was faulty or wrong — in which case we cover it.
How long do refunds take?
We process refunds within 5 working days of receiving your return. The money lands back in your account 3–5 working days after that.

Are your products genuine?
Yes — every single product is hand-selected and tested by us before going live on the site.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes. Sign up to product notifications on the product page to be alerted when items come back in stock.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We're working on it! For now, all orders come in beautifully considered packaging that's ready to gift.
