🚚 UK Delivery
Standard UK Delivery — £3.99
Delivery usually takes 1–5 working days, though times can vary depending on your location and the item ordered.
Free on orders over £50.
🌍 International Delivery
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier — you'll see an estimated delivery window for your exact address once you enter it at checkout, before you pay.
International shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your location and order size.
📦 Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2pm are dispatched the next working day
- We don't dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays
📍 Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or email us with your order number.
⚠️ Missed Delivery
If you're not home when your order arrives, the courier will either leave it in a safe place, with a neighbour, or leave a card with re-delivery instructions.
